Stefan is an aspiring male model seeking magazine publication for editorial shoots and booked 2 sessions to broaden his portfolio. The first shoot concentrated on some arty images with chiffon and props, physique shots with the studio tyres and smoke and the second shoot was based more around moody black and white portraits and upbeat and colourful fashion shots.
New and talented model Matthew needed some studio images for his portfolio. Our shoot covered headshots, portraits, some topless and underwear shots and a White Russian hat….
After arranging a shoot with male model, Leon, he was very keen to try out a boxing theme. Luckily, we have a punchbag, boxing gloves and retro boxing shorts on hand art the studio, so all we needed was Leon to provide the action and drama. We experimented with some atmospheric back lighting, smoke, water spray and stage blood to create some gritty and powerful shots.
Kes’s second shoot took full advantage of all the props, furniture, costumes and make-up we have to offer. We started off with boudoir style images with the chaise long and chiffon, then experimented with a ‘gold’ theme with glitter and our newly acquired gilt frame and finished off with semi-formal all-white fashion shots.
Jiri arranged a shoot to boost his port – we covered several different looks from formal fashion through retro beachwear to American football to give him some more striking images to enhance his modelling career.
Mark got in contact to expand his portfolio with some new fitness shots with a twist – again using some of the amazing array of the studio’s costume, props and make-up. We provided blood, sweat and tears as well as smoke for him to spice up his port.
Tom visited the studio to create new costume images and enlarge his portfolio by taking advantage of the amazing variety of costumes and props available in our studio near Manchester Airport. We used a ceremonial sword and the peaky blinders outfit that is available to all models booking shoots with us.
After our Peaky Blinders style shoot over a year ago, Matthew contacted me again to arrange a portfolio booster for his male model portfolio. We covered a number of creative scenarios from 60s James Dean shots with leather jacket, 60s retro selfies with Milford Sportsman camers, through a cabaret costume with topcoat and stick to a ‘JR’ cowboy theme!
Debut male model Jonathan contacted us to start his modelling portfolio. During a concentrated shoot we covered many different looks and Jonathan soon warmed up, producing some great poses.
