Darren is a very dedicated and versatile model and actor who I have worked with on a number of occasions. He owns an extensive personal wardrobe as well as a huge variety of props that he can supply to give extra authenticity and excitement to any shoot. We booked a morning at Antwerp mansions, a dedicated run-down and urban photography space in Rusholme, Manchester. Using the grungy and dilapidated interior, we worked on several scenarios to produce some surreal, steampunk, alternative and sci-fi shots.
Emma, an actress, former model and Daisy’s mother had worked with us previously to provide headshots for her own portfolio and contacted us to arrange a shoot to help Daisy expand her portfolio and give her more images for her Spotlight page.
Debut male model Jonathan contacted us to start his modelling portfolio. During a concentrated shoot we covered many different looks and Jonathan soon warmed up, producing some great poses.
Male model Callum booked a shoot to broaden his port with some character portraits and costume shots working with many of the props and costumes available in our well-equipped studio.
I arranged a shoot with up and coming model and actor Matthew for a ‘Peaky Blinders’ themed shoot complete with retro costume and a specially constructed studio set to experiment with lighting and gels. We also managed to fit a few formalwear shots into the session.
Newly graduated actress, Sherry contacted JBDI Photography to provide headshots, publicity and model portfolio images as she embarks on her acting career.
Recently graduated from the Musical Theatre course at the Arden School of Theatre in Manchester, Edd booked a shoot to build his portfolio of acting headshots and modelling images. We managed to cover a broad range of styles in a relatively short time – including a homage to Steed of the Avengers!
