Influencer Sean @sean9pratt contacted us to update his port with some high-quality, colourful and intense physique shots. Our shoot made the most of the coloured gels, backgrounds and props available at the studio to highlight Seans radical tattoos and great physique
Robert paid a visit to the studio to add more acting and character shots to his port. We started with a Peaky Blinders 30s theme and also covered some shots with the in-house studio leather jacket as well as some physique and fitness photos. Get in touch to book your studio shoot with access to a vast array of costumes and props.
Alex is an emerging male model with a growing Instagram following @alex_wright_official and a fast developing catalogue of shoots. He visited the studio while in Manchester working with other photographers. We covered a number of different shoot styles, including gritty black and white portraits, formalwear shots, a sportswear theme and we also included some images of Killer Whale clothing, a brand that Alex is currently promoting.
Darren and I had been planning a return shoot at Antwerp Mansion in Manchester for some time and finally managed to arrange a date. The venue is a deliberately run-down Victorian mansion that has had a spell as a nightclub in recent years. The space is full of weird and characterful areas. We chose the dilapidated grand piano to create a scenario involving a virtuoso pianist in ‘film noir’ style, then moved on to some surreal images in front of one of the windows and some dark, surreal ideas in the cellar!
Ciaron booked another shoot to follow on from our previous ‘Johnny Depp’ and Medieval Knight themes. This time we chose the location of Burrs park in Bury as Sherwood Forest. Ciaron provided a full costume including bow, arrows, long sword, hooded jerkin and breaches and after a short walk beside the river Irwell, we found a wooded bank with many ancient oaks to provide an atmospheric backdrop, giving the resulting images an appropriate mythic feel.
Tom booked a shoot after contacting me on Instagram @jbdi_photos to update and augment his portfolio. We started off with some moody low-key headshots, progressed to some 50s style formal wear images and then finished the session with some retro Hollywood style portraits.
Kes’s second shoot took full advantage of all the props, furniture, costumes and make-up we have to offer. We started off with boudoir style images with the chaise long and chiffon, then experimented with a ‘gold’ theme with glitter and our newly acquired gilt frame and finished off with semi-formal all-white fashion shots.
Mark got in contact to expand his portfolio with some new fitness shots with a twist – again using some of the amazing array of the studio’s costume, props and make-up. We provided blood, sweat and tears as well as smoke for him to spice up his port.
